In Amsterdam on September, 25-26, 2006 General Assembly of EuroGeographics-association Europe’s National Mapping and Cadastral Agencies has taken place in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, organized by the Dutch Cadastre and Public Registers
The basic attention to assembly has been given to the following problems:
- INSPIRE Work Programme – status report;
- Global Monitoring for Environment & Security (GMES);
- Approval of EuroGeographics Strategy (2006-2008), including Work Plan and Budget for 2007;
- Proposal for the 2007 General Assembly.
On assembly unanimously in solemn conditions the decision on change of the status of membership on “Active” for State Service of a Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre of Ukraine was accepted.
